These terms describe the general conditions that apply to quote requests, bookings, scheduling, and services provided by Berry Bright Cleaning.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide before service. Final pricing may be adjusted if the size, condition, access, or scope of the home differs from the information submitted during the quote request or scheduling process.

Bookings and Confirmation

Requested appointments are subject to availability and are not final until confirmed. We may contact you to clarify details, adjust timing, or confirm the scope of service before the appointment is finalized.

Payments

Payment is due according to the terms presented at booking, invoicing, or service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional time, add-on work, or materially different conditions may result in updated pricing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, lockouts, and no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Service Limitations

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or materially outside normal residential cleaning scope.
  • We may revise the quote or service plan when conditions differ significantly from what was originally disclosed.
  • Service results may vary based on the age, condition, wear, buildup, or maintenance history of the property.
